Event Operation (Delegation & Speaker Experience, VIP & Protocol, Volunteers Affairs, Registration, Production & Logistic, Venue Communication, Booth & Merchandising) (11 People)

Qualifications

• Final-year students or fresh graduates from majors including, but not limited to, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions), Relations, International Management, and Languages programs.
• For this position, extensive experience in event organizing and crowd control is required.

Graphic Design & Multimedia (3 People)

Qualifications

• Final-year or fresh graduate from Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Video, or any related major, Creative, detail-oriented, with an eye for visual composition;
• Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn;
• commitment, Possess intermediate or advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
• Capable of photo and video editing;
• Capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure;
• Graphic design abilities must be proven with a portfolio;
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Indonesian.
