Main Responsibilities:

• Collect and compile RFP tenders as a basis for tender analysis and winner selection.
• Support the creation and collection of material contracts.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing supplier passports.
• Assist in data entry and collection for VCP and PPV reports.
• Support data collection for NPL pricing and specification requirements.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or final year student.
• Proficient in Excel is a must, experience with Power BI and SAP is preferred.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and accounting principles.
• Basic understanding of economic forecasts and market reports.
• Negotiation experience is preferred.
• Good English skills.

2.Logistic Transport Intern

Head Office for Garuda Beverage Sukses (GBS)

Main Responsibilities:

• Summarize overnight charge and Stordem.
• Scan the invoice (Non PO).
• Submit invoice in application workflow and delivery invoice to AP Team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with relevant major.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communicative and collaborate effectively in team.

3. Distribution Development Intern

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze data, summarize, and draw conclusions.
• Elaborate on project concepts and develop project presentations.
• Create presentation materials and deliver presentations.
• Focus on targets (Timeline, Accuracy, Results).

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with relevant major.
• Proficient in using computers and skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborate effectively in team.
• Basic understanding of distribution business process skills.
• Skilled in graphic design and create project/learning videos.

4. Talent Acquisition Intern

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling recruitment process for various positions (job posting, screening CV, pre-screen interview, etc).

Requirements:
