SCOPE OF WORK

• Provide day-to-day administrative support.
• Manage emails, documents, and filing.

• Graduate (Secretarial, Administration, etc.)
• Relevant internship experience is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
• Strong task & time management skills.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.

2. CONTENT CREATIVE OFFICER

SCOPE OF WORK

• Lead end-to-end social media content development around Gen Z topics – from ideation, execution, editing, posting, analysis & reporting.
• Provide on-the-ground coverage for news & events.
• Proposing engaging content formats & social media features.
• Support planning & execution of online/offline campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduate (Journalism, Communication, etc.)
• Relevant internship experience is a must.
• Video editing skill (VN preferred, Cap Cut/Inshot are welcome).
• Social media trends wave rider & Gen Z culture enthusiast.
• Involved in organizations/community or event-based activities.
• Comfortable appearing on camera as a talent.
• Proven portfolio needed.

3. VIDEOGRAPHER & OPERATOR STREAMING

Scope of Work:

• Capture impactful moments through high-quality footage.
• Run live streams and handle real-time troubleshooting.
• Edit engaging short videos.
• Handle full setup and operation of video equipment for events, production, and live streaming.
• Ensure all video content is on-time and meets the standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Broadcasting, Advertising, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Driven to learn and grow in videography.
• Stays updated with evolving trends and creative styles.
• Proven portfolio needed.

4. BRAND COMMUNICATION

Scope of Work:

• Offline/online marketing & brand strategy development.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution: concept development, budgeting, event management & evaluation.
• Market & audience behavior research.
• Collaborate with various teams & vendors.

• Graduate (Marketing, Advertising, etc.)
• Relevant internship experience is a must.
• Project management pro.
• Fast pace ready.
• Passionate about media, events & marketing.

5. COMMUNITY CONTENT CREATOR (RUNNING)

Scope of Work:

• Be the face of kumparan’s Running Community activities.
• Engage audiences with fresh & informative content about running.
• Lead end-to-end social media & web content production (videos/reels/articles): ideation, planning, execution & reporting.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop communities.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any field).
• Relevant internship experience is a must.
• Passion for Running Community; being a runner is even better.
• Video editing skill (VN preferred, Cap Cut/Inshot are welcome).
• Strong writing & storytelling skill.
• Social media trends wave rider & running-related issues enthusiast.
• Comfortable appearing on camera as a talent.

6. REPORTER (NEWS)

Scope of Work:

• Write & develop credible, impactful news content.
• Conduct dynamic field coverage.
• Identify and pitch compelling breaking news stories.
• Build & maintain a strong network of sources.
• Rephrase & improve existing news.

Requirements:

• Final-year student/fresh graduate (Journalism, Literature, etc.)
• Relevant internship experience is a must.
• Strong & fast writing skills.
• Passionate about current events & social issues.
• Embraces the dynamics of mobility.
• Proven portfolio needed.

7. REPORTER (WOMAN)

Scope of Work:

Scope of Work:

• Craft engaging marketing visuals through key visuals, logos, designs, illustrations, etc.
• Lead end-to-end visual communications process: from concept to execution.
• Ensure cohesive & impactful design across all marketing assets.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Visual Communication Design, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with illustration techniques & processing.
• Strong artistic sense & creativity.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.

9. CREATIVE VIDEO

Scope of Work:

• Create fresh & out-of-the-box video concepts.
• Lead end-to-end video concept development – from ideation, scripting, coordinating talents, crew, and other production needs.
• Ensure video production aligned with script & concept.
• Oversee the video editing process.
• Be open to hosting or appearing in kumparan’s video programs.
