The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology, and become future leaders of the industry. It consists of 4 functional team rotations that are each 6 months long. Applications are open till October 2025.

Possible Functions to Rotate to:

1. Shopee

a. Product ManagementProduct managers serve as the critical bridge between business, engineering, and design teams. Drive product strategy and build features to scale growth, optimize traffic, and unlock AI.

b. Business Intelligence & Planning
Monitor and report performance, using data and financial analysis to deliver actionable insights. Focuses include monetisation, spend efficiency, and new opportunity assessment.

c. E-Commerce Operations
Cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

d. Marketing
Conceptualize and implement go-to market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility of our platform.

e. Business Development and Partnerships
Pursue strategic opportunities to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at best prices.

f. Cross Border E-commerce
Empower Shopee’s sellers to market their products across our markets by providing enabling services.

2. Monee

a. Product Management
Drive scalable products with data, design, and tech to boost the access and inclusion of digital financial products in our markets.

b. Business Development and Partnerships
Drive growth through various initiatives such as new financial products, partnerships, campaigns and more.

c. Risk Management
Enhance and implement management of fraud, credit risk, and more through data analytics.

d. Operations
Design and optimize processes, policies, and programs to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

e. Compliance
Ensure regulatory compliance across all markets and financial products.

3. Garena

a. Game Design
Define the rules that our virtual worlds operate by.
