1. Accounting & Tax Digitalization Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in digitizing the manual process of inventory and asset stock-taking.
- Assist in designing and developing a digital system for inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Tax team to understand current business needs and processes.
- Provide innovative ideas and solutions to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Active university student majoring in Accounting, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Strong interest in business process digitalization.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative.
- Familiarity with digital system development tools is a plus.
- Duration 6 Months
2. Procurement Digitalization Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support the implementation of the Al Agent in the procurement digitalization project.
- Assist in digitalizing and structuring the vendor database for better accessibility.
- Support the team in monitoring purchase orders and handling invoice administration.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth system integration.
Requirements
- Active university student majoring in Programming, Informatics, or Digitalization-related studies.
- Strong interest in automation, digitalization, and data management.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work well in a team.
- Familiarity with digitalization tools or data processing is a plus.

3. Marketing Unit & Application Engineering Digitalization Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize sales & marketing databases.
- Develop templates and dashboards to speed up data processing and
- Support Suppeq Project (mapping components vs, customers vs, reporting, competitors vs, forecast vs, historical data, plus stock calculator).
- Assist in creating a CRM forecast template to simplify forecast data management.
- Build a monitoring dashboard for billing progress and internal department reporting.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student majoring in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
- Strong analytical skills with interest in sales & marketing data.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with handling and processing data.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem solving.
- Duration 6 Months
4. Maintenance Instruction Engineer Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Working Instructions for Trailer Maintenance using SolidWorks
- Create Training Modules for Trailer Maintenance in both physical document and digital animation format
- Learn and apply proper trailer maintenance methods
- Document component disassembly/assembly techniques accurately and effectively
- Identify and define scheduled replacement parts/components for maintenance
Requirements
- Active university student majoring in Mechanical Engineering (final year preferred)
- Proficient in SolidWorks modeling software
- Strong interest in maintenance engineering and technical documentation
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a structured manner
- Duration 6 Months
5. Marketing Service – CRM & Systems Design Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the design and development of the CRM Service Module.
- Designing the Job Order Calculator Application to streamline job order processes.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Service team to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Supporting system documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guidelines.
- Conducting testing and providing feedback for improvements in the digital solutions.
Requirements
- Active university student majoring in Information Systems (or related fields such as Computer Science, Informatics, or IT).
- Strong understanding of system analysis and design concepts.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, databases, or application development
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment.

6. Marketing Parts Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze unit population data to support market research.
- Calculate and simulate market size for Triatra Parts business.
- Support the design and execution of marketing strategy programs for Triatra products.
- Assist in developing localization programs for Fastener Parts in Indonesia.
- Prepare reports, insights, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Parts team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management (Marketing) or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing.
- Good communication skills in English (writing & speaking)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation preparation.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate new ideas for marketing strategies.
- Basic technical knowledge and eagerness to learn new tools or methods.

7. People Management Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Human Capital team in developing learning and culture programs
- Support documentation, content creation, and schedule management for people development initiatives
- Participate in the execution of cultural activities to strengthen company
- Contribute ideas and provide input to improve people management values practices
Requirements
- Active university student majoring in Management, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong interest in People Development and Culture Management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team and adapt quickly to new environments

8. Accounting & Tax Intern – Internal Control (Authorization Matrix)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update the authorization matrix (user vs SAP transaction/T-code)
- Assist in identifying Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts across roles
- Collaborate with process owners to validate access requirements
- Support the creation of SOPs/Work Instructions for SAP access management
- Contribute to documentation of roles, mitigating controls, and approval history
Requirements
- Active university student majoring in Accounting or Accounting Information Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Word
- Basic understanding of Accounting Information Systems
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

9. Warehouse Design & Standardization Intern
This internship project focuses on the standardization of warehouses and warehouse ornaments to support operational excellence. The scope includes designing warehouse layouts, developing and improving visual elements such as area boards, flyers, marking lines, and color coding, as well as assisting in cost estimation and supporting socialization and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual designs for warehouse layout, ornaments, and communication materials.
- Develop supporting materials such as flyers, posters, dashboards, and marking guides.
- Assist in preparing cost estimation (RAB).
- Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams for implementation.
Requirements
- Active university student majoring in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Skilled in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Able to transform design concepts into practical, applicable outputs.

10. Marketing Remanufacture Digitalization Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze monthly reports from various departments.
- Identify data sources and evaluate data consistency and accuracy.
- Map and structure reporting workflows across departments.
- Transform raw data into clear, structured information.
- Design and develop a mockup of the integrated report.
- Revise and finalize the mockup based on analytical findings and feedback.
Requirements
- Active university student majoring in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing, validation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization (charts, dashboards, infographics).
- Experience using presentation/design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or other reporting software is a plus.

11. Finance Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting and standardizing the customer registration and credit management process.
- Support AR monitoring and reporting to ensure alignment with company KPIs.
