Event Operation (Delegation & Speaker Experience, VIP & Protocol, Volunteers Affairs, Registration, Production & Logistic, Venue Communication, Booth & Merchandising) (11 People)
Qualifications
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from majors including, but not limited to, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions), Relations, International Management, and Languages programs.
- For this position, extensive experience in event organizing and crowd control is required.
Graphic Design & Multimedia (3 People)
Qualifications
- Final-year or fresh graduate from Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Video, or any related major, Creative, detail-oriented, with an eye for visual composition;
- Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn;
- commitment, Possess intermediate or advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
- Capable of photo and video editing;
- Capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure;
- Graphic design abilities must be proven with a portfolio;
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Indonesian.

Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI) is pleased to announce the opening of the FPCI Internship Program Batch 19. We are calling all students across Indonesia to join various programs on Indonesian foreign policy, including our flagship event, Conference on Indonesian Foreign Policy (CIFP), and be a part of the largest foreign policy organization in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and Indo-Pacific!
All selected interns are expected to work from the office (Monday to Friday) during their internship period. The internship schedule can be adjusted accordingly for students with ongoing classes.
