Job Description:

• Write daily scripts related to parenting, pregnancy, and breastfeeding for the website.

• Create video scripts for social media platforms.

• Develop creative concepts for coverage and video programs.

• Participate in field coverage for events and HaiBunda’s video programs.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate student from any major (preferably with an interest in parenting and motherhood).

• Able to write soft news, features, or timeless articles clearly and engagingly.

• Passionate about video production and creative processes.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends (events).

• Social media savvy, comfortable doing voice-over work.

• Adaptable, sociable, and enjoys teamwork.

• Owns a personal laptop.

• Preferably female.

2. Social Media HaiBunda Intern

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain HaiBunda’s social media platforms.

• Create and analyze social media reports.

• Organize online promotions.

Requirements:

• Creative individuals with a positive attitude and multitasking skills (women will be prioritized).

• Active social media users (preferably TikTok & Instagram), updated with the latest trends.

• Able to use Adobe Photoshop and CapCut.

• Able to create engaging copywriting and captions.

• Students majoring in Communications/Multimedia will be prioritized.

3. Video Production HaiBunda Intern

Job Description:

• Create six short-form videos daily (1–3 minutes) for website and Instagram Reels.

• Edit videos using templates, assist in rough cuts for long-form programs.

• Join shoots to record audio and video with professional equipment.

• Hybrid work arrangement (WFH + on-site).

Requirements:

• Undergraduate student from any major (preferably Broadcasting, Journalism, Communication, or Visual Communication Design).

• Strong interest in video production and editing.

• Able to operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, CapCut.

• Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.

• Owns a personal laptop.

• Proactive, creative, and a strong team player.

4. Graphic Designer HaiBunda Intern

Job Description:

• Design and produce promotional banners and infographics for website.

• Create social media graphics (IG Live banners, infographics).

• Produce comics in HaiBunda’s signature style.

Requirements:

• Preferably female.

• Detail-oriented, with strong attention to detail.

• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Passionate about mom & kids content, creativity is a must.

• Willing to work on weekends/public holidays.

• Able to work under tight deadlines.

• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong portfolio of illustrations/graphic works.

• Basic motion graphic skills are an advantage.

5. Project Officer HaiBunda Intern

Job Description:

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of brand-related projects.

• Work closely with sales team and internal production.

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Male undergraduate student from any major.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage timelines and budgets.
