1. Management Trainee – Production

What you’ll be doing

• Monitoring and optimizing the production process to maximize efficiency and output
• Identify and resolve production-related issues to maintain high quality standards
• Collaborate with in and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of production data
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the development of new products and production methods

• Male with maximum 29 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacture Engineering, or any related field with min GPA 3,00.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production engineering or process improvement role
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, have strong leadership and prove with leadership experience
• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Willing to work in shift in field jobs

Salary: 9,000,000 – 11,000,000

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of production teams to meet established targets and objectives
• Monitoring production processes, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal efficiency and quality
• Providing leadership, coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Implementing and enforcing health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Analysing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations
• Reporting on production performance and providing recommendations to management
• Strengthen shop floor management system through good man power arrangement,
• Ensuring production process
• Handling violence
• Skill up operator
• Handling safety, quality problem in line, and abnormality management based on genchi-genbutsu.
• Responsible on production process

What We’re looking for

• Male with maximum 29 years
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar team leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Must have Diploma degree (D3) on Industrial/ Mechanical/ Manufacture/ Electrical/ Mechatronic/ Chemical Engineering major with Minimum GPA : 3.00
• Have a potential and experience as a leader (Able to lead a group)
• Strong technical understanding of production processes, machinery and quality control
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
• Familiarity with production planning, scheduling and inventory management
• Proficient in using relevant production management software and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry
• Willing to be located in Sidoarjo, East Java
• Willing to work on shift and open for an overtime work schedule

Salary: 6,800,000 – 7,000,000
