PT Asian Bulk Logistics (ABL) merupakan perushaan penyedia solusi logistik dan infrastruktur batu bara terintegrasi kelas dunia sejak didirikan pada tahun 2010 di Jakarta. ABL menyediakan berbagai layanan logistik terpadu untuk industri pertambangan dan komoditas, termasuk transshipment, pengangkutan dengan tongkang, dan stevedoring (bongkar-muat).

ABL juga berhasil mengembangkan beberapa aspek usaha logistik batu bara, seperti kepemilikan kapal, konsep pengiriman batu bara, serta dukungan logistik dengan armada kapal milik sendiri dan yang disewa di seluruh Indonesia.

Graduate Development Program (GDP)

Program Highlights:

Duration: 12-months program with full-time employment opportunities.
Location: Jakarta, East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Singapore & Australia (to those who fullfill the qualification).
Eligibility: Recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) with maximum 2 years excperience.

1. GDP – Marine Operations

Requirements:

Min. ANT – III (D-4)/Naval Architecture/Ocean Engineering
Have Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 of grade scale
Minimum TOEFL score of 550 (ITP or TOEFL Prediction accepted) or IELTS score of 5.5
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, leadership potential, and teamwork skills.
Must be willing to be assigned across different operational areas or project sites.

2. GDP – Technical Operations

Requirements:

Min. ATT – III (D-4)/Naval Architecture/Ocean Engineering
Have Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 of grade scale
Minimum TOEFL score of 550 (ITP or TOEFL Prediction accepted) or IELTS score of 5.5
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, leadership potential, and teamwork skills.
Must be willing to be assigned across different operational areas or project sites.

3. GDP – Merger & Acquisition

Requirements:

Min. bachelor’s degree (S1) from all majors
Have Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 of grade scale
Minimum TOEFL score of 550 (ITP or TOEFL Prediction accepted) or IELTS score of 5.5
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, leadership potential, and teamwork skills.
Must be willing to be assigned across different operational areas or project sites.

4. GDP – Corporate Finance

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Finance, Accounting & Business Management
Have Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 of grade scale
Minimum TOEFL score of 550 (ITP or TOEFL Prediction accepted) or IELTS score of 5.5
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, leadership potential, and teamwork skills.
Must be willing to be assigned across different operational areas or project sites.

5. GDP – Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Environmental Engineering / Environmental Health / Shipping Engineering / Marine Engineering / Industrial
Have Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 of grade scale
Minimum TOEFL score of 550 (ITP or TOEFL Prediction accepted) or IELTS score of 5.5
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, leadership potential, and teamwork skills.
Must be willing to be assigned across different operational areas or project sites.
