HR Generalist Intern

This role is part of a 3-month learning program designed for fresh graduates who are interested in exploring a career in Human Resources. Participants will gain exposure to end-to-end HR functions and real operational workflows, supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities. Throughout the program, participants are encouraged to embrace our core values of Honesty, Empathy, and Agility, developing transparency in communication, understanding employee perspectives, and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

• Participate in learning sessions covering core HR processes, with honesty in learning and feedback.
• Support HR teams in executing administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation while demonstrating empathy in collaboration with colleagues.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to HR operations with accuracy and integrity.
• Observe and contribute to HR events and programs, applying agility to support evolving needs.
• Complete final assessments at the end of the program.
