1. Management Trainee (MT) Logistic
Logistic Management Trainee programme is a special management development programme for the best graduates who will be future leader and successors of our company in 2 years. This programme include in class training, on the job training and coaching.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
- Fresh Graduated or less 1 year experience
- Fast Learner, Ambitious, Proactive , Energetic and Persistent.
- Ability to work well under pressure and “Have a Can-Do Attitude”
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have been fully vaccinated Covid-19
- WILLING TO BE LOCATED THROUGHOUT INDONESIA
2. Management Trainee (MT) Office
Management Trainee programme is a special management development programme for the best graduates who will be future leader (Office Manager) and successors of our company in 2 years. This programme include in class training, on the job training and coaching.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
- Fresh Graduated or less 1 year experience from reputable university
- Fast Learner, Ambitious, Proactive, Energetic, and Persistent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have been fully vaccinated Covid-19
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage
- WILLING TO BE LOCATED THROUGHOUT INDONESIA
3. Management Trainee (MT) Sales Operation
Sales Management Trainee programme is a special management development programme for the best graduates who will be future leader (Sales Manager) and successors of our company in 2 years. This programme include in class training, on the job training and coaching.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing with minimum GPA 3.25 (Scale 4.00)
- Fresh Graduated or less than 1 year experience
- Fast Learner, Ambitious, Proactive , Energetic and Persistent
- Ability to work well under pressure and “Have a Can-Do Attitude”
- Strong negotiation skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- WILLING TO BE LOCATED THROUGHOUT INDONESIA
