Account Payable Internship

Placement: BSD, South Tangerang (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recapitulation of invoice exchange receipts online.

• Photocopy and scan documents.

• Recapitulation of the tax invoice receipt.

• Recapitulation of treasury payment documents.

• Inter-function document correspondent (tax, accounting, & treasury).

Requirements:

• Majoring in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

• Preferably in final semester.

• No professional work experience is required.

• Proficient in Ms. Office.

• Good communication skills.

• Discipline, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Minimum internship period: 6 months.

• Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.

Commercial Finance Intern

Placement: BSD, South Tangerang (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing completeness and accuracy input of SKP (Surat Kerjasama Promosi).

• Monitor and track trade spend accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Contribute to annual trading term reviews to identify cost optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate with the commercial team on budget planning, helping assess financial risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Majoring in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

• Preferably in final semester.

• Proficient in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Digital Marketing Intern

Placement: BSD, South Tangerang (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a media diary for ads and media placement (captions, UTM links, visuals for Brand Team).

• Support in data analysis on paid media performance by tracking key metrics across platforms. Use insights to optimize media strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

• Assist to explore and discover new paid features and trends on both social media and non-social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.

• Etc.

Requirements:

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of CRM principles, websites, digital ads, and digital marketing.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Social Content Intern

Placement: BSD, South Tangerang (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Powerhouse: Work with Content Lead on content production & development for all categories.

• Content Incubation & Distribution: Assist in finding the right format and channel to maximize reach.

• Platform & Creator Partnership: Participate in strategic framework development for creator and platform collaboration.

• Livestreaming Operation Excellence: Participate in operational activities for creating lower funnel content.

• Etc.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Digital Marketing.

• Interest in latest social media trends.

• Proficient in using video and photo editing mobile apps.

• Ability to create content (content creator is a plus).

• Have a content portfolio.

• Able to commit to full internship period (no classes during internship).
