Job Description:
- Assist in conducting research and analysis from the legal side regarding changes in employment regulations
- Assist in summarizing the latest regulations and laws related to employment (Employ- ment Law, K3 regulations, wage regulations, etc.)
- Supporting the preparation of materials and compiling the MOM in bipartite meetings between management and labor unions
- Assist in managing employment documents and reports in Industrial Relations 5. Supporting the implementation of projects and
activities related to Industrial Relations
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Fresh Graduate with minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Able to work on-site in Cakung, East Jakarta
- Committed to do the Internship program for 6 months
- Have good communication, teamwork, and creative thinking 5. Have good analytical skills, especially in analyzing the legal impact of Government Regulations on Employment
- Attention to detail
- Mastering Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign/Adobe Illustrator, Coreldraw, Canva, etc.
